Our client, a leading software provider to the Commercial Finance industry are looking for an Account Manager to join their team based in Bath.
This is a home based role where you will be responsible for assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients, responding to all queries regarding their software package and escalating any issues that they have. Your time will be split between assisting clients over the phone, via email plus online support and also visiting clients at their premises to resolve any issues and further educate clients on how to make the most out of the software. You will also be required to be in the office at least twice a week.
They specialise in assisting Invoice Finance and Trade Finance businesses that require a secure, efficient and easy to use bespoke software system that both they and their clients can access, meaning they are able to provide an effective online service.
This means that you must be technically proficient and have good knowledge of invoice finance so that you are able to understand how your clients business works and how it relates to the software package.
